If you are looking to instruct us on more than one matter of a time, e.g. for a Will and an LPA, then discounts will apply to these quotes.
Home visits can be arranged, but there may be an additional charge.
If the outlined quote is likely to increase, we would contact you and obtain your consent before incurring any additional costs.
We offer a variety of Probate services. The work and advice needed for Probate services varies and is dependent on the individual circumstances of the case. This work can be charged as a fixed fee, by an hourly rate, or on a percentage basis, depending on your preference. We can offer bespoke advice to meet your needs, so please contact our experienced team to talk through your options. We can gather information from you to give you a detailed, no obligation quote, which you can have in writing and take some time to mull it over before deciding whether or not to instruct us.
